I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. Let me know within 7 days of your visit if you are having challenges with your cut or color. I accept retail exchanges for store credit up to 30 days from your initial purchase.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 fee applies and will be assessed at time-of-cancellation.
